Default dizzy problem

so i got a new cap and plug wires and put them on and figure i'll look at it while i have it off and oil was leaking in that area anyways and i dind't konw where it was coming from so i take it off and it doesn't have the o-ring seal there, so i put it back on and went to honda to get one. i get home and take the dizzy off and put the ring on and put it back into place. i bolt it up and everything seats right and looks ok. so i start the car and i hear this ticking sound coming from the dizzy. i have no idea why its doing it, everything is right. i took it off to make sure i did it right and put it back on and it still did it. the car runs great too but what gives? any help would be great.

thanks

no, i took it off and looked but i didn't look inside the head but there isn't anything to be dropped you have to pull it out. you can feel it though if you put you hand on the cap. maybe it's the rotar? is there a screw that holds the rotar in place when it's slid on to the shaft? theres a hole there i thnk? i cant remember. but yeah maybe when i took it off and layed it down it moved?

it sounds like somethings hitting the cap it self, thats why i think it might be the rotor?
