There are a lot of variables, so don't blame it directly on them. Please don't bash any shops publicly.

the person that worked on said subaru has ben replaced by myself and the car was gone before i could have gotten a chance to repair it myself.
i assure you that i will use my experience to the utmost degree to bring great work and namesake to the great guys at XAT. worry not about bad work in the future.
