Engine, 90-91 CRX Si's have Rear Disc Brakes, HF weighs a few pounds less than the Si, Si has a Sunroof, HF Front Hubs use a smaller Axle Shaft, Bumper lip, Interior is a little different...Si has a rear Window wiper...

The Si is a 1.6 and the Hf is a 1.5, different rims, etc.. Of course, you would have known all of that if you had actually taken the time to do a search for yourself, instead of asking extremely dumb questions.
