Anyone got any pics of a civic with front exit exhaust(out the side of the front bumper.)ive seen 2 like this and wanna know how to do it let me know if you got pics or inf othanks guyz peace

i guess so i didnt ask for what you didnt know i asked for a specific reason i have a 88 hatch that im trying to do this off of for my boosted ZC so if you dont know keep your dumbass remarks to your self if not then help a brother out man

 

i hope u aren't gonna do this for a street legal car b/c it will quickly become not street legal, all they did was right off the header they did a straight pipe right over off the side, its tremendously loud, and if ur cars not tuned for it ur gonna have some problems

 

yeah tru ive got a bullet race muffler(kinda looks like a small as cherry bomb)but it will be coming from the turbo's down pipe to the muffler out the bumper hopefully.

 

*shrug* i would stick w/ rear exit exhaust personally unless u are doing a track only car.

 

what's the point again? it's not like you're getting supre high hp numbers. face it you're car is slow and not going to be able to back up the gayness of front exit exhaust.

 

We had to put a bulit muffler on Corys race car(which exits out the front also)to meet noise restrictions at englishtown.It was still loud and not for the street.Turbo downpipe, if you do it make sure it isnt to short,because you can run lean and burn a valve.I would not do this,it will cause you more trouble then it's worth.Like the police wont be impressed!

If you are using an External Wastegate, why don't you dump the wastegate to atomosphere out the side of your bumper and keep the turbo back exhaust routed to the rear with a muffler behind it...

This will make power and keep the noise to a minimum...Best of both worlds...Burning up a valve isn't likely to happen on a turbo motor since the turbocharger sucks the exhaust out of the head unlike an all motor car...Burning up a valve with the turbo setup is more than likely gonna occur with a lean condition when on boost...
