everything just blacks out? no lights, no power to anything? does the dome light or headlights or anything come on with the key out? if not, could be a blown main battery fuse. more info please

Yeah when ya turn to the on position the lights turn on and stuph... But when ya try to turn the car over it cuts everthing off period.... It doesnt seem like it would be a fuse, at leat I don't think so...... I jus dont know, what to do what to do....

Very common problem. Either the starter is shorted out and shorting the battery to ground or the ignition switch is bad. I'd give good odds that it is the starter.

Q: if the starter may have a short in it would it allow the car to be jumped in the past.... Either way I'm gonna go today and have her xchange the battery and have the starter checked at the same time..... I'm just ready to shoot it, al least that'll be more fun.....
