Your window is off track. There is a plastic piece that breaks in the EK civics, and this will haunt you FOREVER now. Best learn how to put it on track yourself.
It's fairly simple to do.
There are 5-6 screws that hold the door on. 1: door handle inside, 2: in the little armrest holder thing, you remove the screw, then pop the plastic piece out disconnect the window switch, 3-7: There are screws that hold the speaker in place, remove these, there is also a cover in front of the speaker, it just pops off.
The tweeter just pops off, but be gentle, as these break REALLY easy.
From the bottom of the door, gently pop the door out of the clips... then lift up once these are done, the door panel should then come off happily.
Once off you will be able to see the window, and the track bolts... You will have to losen these and adjust the window using the window switch (reconnect it) and put the window back on track. This takes anywhere from 10 mins to an hour, and can be very tedious... it will be fine for a while, but forever come back.
You can replace the piece that breaks... but again... it'll break.
I hope this helps.

Cronic has the right diagnosis for your prob. I had the same prob....... It should take about 10 mins to pop theinside of the door off and about 3 to put it back in track.. just make sure no one slams your door like an ass (i.e fight w/ the boyfriend) u should be str8 for a lil while. See if your man has a hook up at a dealer. The actual parts are 89 bucks all together from lindell or somethin like that, 200 bucks isnt alot of cash. But it is alot for the job..............
