There should be a grey service connector, looks like an open plug. Just put a paper clip in there to jump across the wirse, and your chekc engine light with flash a code. Long flash is the 10's place, short flash is the 1's place. So a long, long, short, short, short. Would be 23. Knock sensor.
You can look up what these codes mean online (check the Honda FAQ sticky in this forum) or you can buy the helms manual and get to know everything about your car. www.helminc.com

for beginners maybe just take it to auto zone. They will do it for free and tell you what code its throwing. I believe they can even reset it for you.
If you are feeling brave do what cronic has suggested.

what cronic said or some ecu's have an LED light right on the ecu itself and u don't have to connect, just lift the carpet up on the passangers side floor board, take off the metal cover.

Most likely resetting an engine code will not fix the problem. Are you getting an engine code? If so then maybe the sensor it out, or you have a lose wire somewhere.
SlowAsshatch, you can always get the auto zone diagnostic for free, and then from what code they tell you it is, try to get it fixed.
