I have Skunk 2 coilovers on my GSR. If you go the Skunk 2 route make sure to get the Skunk 2 camber kit as well. Guy (thats his name) at Automotive Engineering can help ya out. My coilovers are kind of bouncie and squeak a little somtimes. But other than that no issues with them and I'm happy I got 'em. I prefer Skunk 2...just my .02 cents.

They are very similar and offer the same features...All coilover sleeves are similar too...True Coilovers are what they try to imitate and they only do so with their adjustability, not the ride quality...

GroundControl actually tests their setup with different spring rates and keep all that research on hand to help a customer select the proper spring rate to meet a customer's needs...

Eibach makes the coils for GroundControl and you can buy other coils thru GroundControl to change the springrate to suit your needs...

Without a shorter stroke, high dampening strut, ride quality it gonna suffer with any lowering kit...

i have rode in a couple cars with sunk2's and then a couple cars with cheap ebay coilovers and to tell you the truth i find these cheap coilovers had a better ride. the sunk2's were more bouncy and the cheap ones had a nice stiffer ride.

so right now im using aerospeed coilovers on my hatch

i have had skunk2 and ground controls on my hatches

both RIDE EXCELLANT ON SMOOTH ROADS. any bump in the road u WILL feel it. and if u upgrade shocks u will feel everybump on the road.

id say ground control all the way just becuase they are 10 times easier to adjust.

ALL in ALL you wont notice a night/day differance between the two, they are both excellant choices having riddin on both brands
