I swear by all Lucas Products, but I'm afraid your grind is a worn synchro and the grind may be a little less with the additive but its not going to repair it...

the additive can't hurt, and MIGHT lenghten the life of the tranny, unless the synchro is 100% gone.

After asking around for a while, the best thing for Honda MTXs seems to be GM Synchromesh tranny fluid. Alot of folks are converting over and say it helps with the grinding issue quite a bit. I cannot remember if you purchase the Synchromesh with or without the LSD additive in it, but it is going on my "to do" list here in the next month.

Anyone know how many quarts (or pints) a b series transmission holds?
