Tachometer Wire?
on my engine's distributor, there is a wire thats grouned on the - screw. ('95 civic Si - SOHC VTEC)
now im wondering, ive never dealt with it but im wondering if the previous owner had a after market tach and just left the wire there; its running from under the distributor cap through the fire wall and either to the ECU or somewhere underneath the dash.
say it is just useless shit and i rip it off, where would i run the tach wire when i buy my own. or is that where you put a tach wire? i dont know
