Your wheels need balancing, the hubs are not for a Honda, the tires are not 100% round, the wheels are not 100% round...Those are your most likely choices...
My money is on the tires or tire being out of balance...

due that by jacking the car up off the ground. Shake the whole wheel side to side. You will know if there bad or not by alot of play back and forth. If you can shake your tire and while doing so Check you inner tie rod in also. And also just look at your tires and spin them see if its bent (wheel) or seperated tires. Vibrations have nothing to do with alignments. That vibration usally is caused to tires out of balance or loose broken parts. Somthing like that. When you align a car all your doing is turning nuts and bolts basically.

it may be the rack...
get someone to get into the car and turn the wheel left and right and look on the rack boots, they are more than likely ripped...
at least thats what my wobbly steering wheel problem was.
worth a look

Is your car lowered?
I have a Teg too and my steering wheel does the exact same thing almost exactly when I hit 80mph. I went and got my wheels balanced, alignment, I have new tires on it....still does it. Actually, depending on what surface road I am on it is either less or more shakey. Could just be a Honda thing b/c most of my friends have the same thing happen with their cars but worse.
