GSR cams in a B16a1
I have heard people puttin GSR cams into their B16's. I was wonderin if it makes any significant power by adding these. If so, do you have to upgrade the valvetrain? Is it even worth it? Thanx.

Like Cronic said don't bother unless you are doing it yourself. I have skunk 2 stage 1s and they barely did shit.

All I have is intake, header, race cat, 2.25 piping, and fuel pressure regulator. Will the cams help me out or do I need other things?
