The method Taylor of Secret Services taught me was to undo the battery terminal, then get in the car and turn the key to the start posision and hold it for 10-20 seconds. He mentioned some sort of technical mumbo jumbo, but I am too tired to try to remember what exactly he said. Cleared my codes no problem.

cronic is right, our ecus (well at least obd2 from what ive learned) are realtime so they will readjust everytime you start the car. O and you only have to wait at least 10 seconds when you disconnect the NEGATIVE terminal on the battery and your codes will be cleared.
