can u boost a car with a code 7

My crx with a zc swap is giving a code 7(air intake temp)i finally have all the parts to my turbo kit and i'm eager to install it.I need to know what the sensor adjusts or if it modifies my timing or fuel settings.I'm really impatient and want to boost it now.Should i correct the prob first or boost it anyway?

yes fix it but that sensor wont do a whole lot to affect your car, maybe just make it run a bit richer. and last i checked code 10 was the IAT sensor. code 7 is TPS

Get the car running normally BEFORE you boost it...plain and simple.

Better to be safe than sorry, and in this case sorry can cost you a lot of money.
