u gotta come to the show. i have a project CRX Hf (track only no title), i don't want the stock motor b/c it has 163,000 miles on it and is having issures already) so me and my partner in the car are purphosely blowing it up w/ a nice big shot. its gonna be fun. i'm putting that LS motor i have into that CRX. i've just heard of many bad experiences w/ nitrous. that's why i don't touch it. i wouldn't wanna mess up anything.

 

When and where is the show? I'll have to check it out. How big of a shot do you plan on giving it?

 

How much hp..are you looking at putting down...?

 

sometime w/ in the next month, we are gonna run it once no nitrous just intake and straight pipe to see what it can do just gutted to nothing, than w/ a 75 shot (it wont blow it) than finally we are gonna go open fogger, just put the line right in, 300 shot. i was thinking only a 150 b/c i personally don't want a rod flyin threw the firewal and breaking my leg, he wants 300 b/c he's not the one driving.

 

i don't care about what Hp i put down in MY crx not the project. as long as i can hit a 12's

 

I'm looking to put down 230-250whp on nitrous alone. When I go boost I want to aim for 250-300whp on boost, then a 55-75 shot depending on how much I make on boost, I want right around 350whp which is the max the 550cc injectors can handle.

Definately let me know when the meeting is, I gotta see this. The 150 shot would defintately be sufficient in destroying a stock D16. If your rod flys out its likely to go through the oil pan into the ground so you should be fine.

 

i'll wear some shin gaurds, my helmet, and a catchers chest protector just incase
