Rev: Did it hit that low rev limit before the fuel pump change? It's possible the speedo not working has something to do with the rev limit. (unsure)
Radiator: I assume you mean the fan. Turn car on. Hold RPMs at 3krpm for 45 seconds. Fan should turn on. If it never came on, you would overheat, and life would suck. My Civic did that once.
speedo: VSS on the tranny could be bad, also, could be bad wireing IE never installed.
door: Not really much info to go on here, does the handle work? can you not open it from the inside or outside?

If thefan is not coming on it might be the temp fan switch. You can replace the fan switch or just wire it straight so that when you start the car itll come on. As for the motor not reving all the way it could be a number of things check out the wiring. That should solve many of your problems
Okay here is the 1% i know about a VSS in a 90 civic. The stock gauge cluster, speedo, is cable. The JDM cluster, speedo, is electronic (plugs in). So from my understanding you need to take the VSS off and use your speedo housing that was on your tranny or whatever cable tranny to make things work properly with cable.
If I'm wrong...please educate me. thanx.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

i had to go thru this a couple of weeks ago with my swap. i know george (white jdm type r crx) uses the VSS with his JDM cluster. he is a wire master.
