Default b16a problem. just swaped and need tuning help

I just swaped my b16a last week and have the engine running but not well

The engine runs but not well when i step on the gas it will hesitate and seem to bounce on a rev limiter at 4000 rpm in all gears.

I have a pow ecu and the led stays on steady, is that a code 0 ecu

the engine also was not getting enough fuel it was at 22 so i removed a vacume line and raised the pressure to 40 that also helped with my idle it was around 0 on the rpm but is up to around 1000

the engine was a bit out of time so i fixed that and it doesent seem to hesitate as much with the work i have done but it seems to hit a limit with the revs

could my ecu be bad?

not sure about the rev limiter part but I had the same acceleration prob with my swap, I'd step on it and it would hesitate but if you ease into it it was fine. My problem was the spark plugs being gapped way to big, it seems like a small thing but your basic tune up may help alot. if the plug gap is ok (should be .040-.044inch) then check for a good spark, I went ahead and upgraded to an msd ss coil. Its a cheap but worthy upgrade.

most reving problems lie in the distributor not the Ecu,but when you turn it on again check to see if your CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AT ALL IF IT DOES NOT YOU HAVE A ECU problem or faulty wireing touching the body some where

if it kind of sputters in partial throttle and when you floor it it drives fine its the o2 sensor wires that need to be swapped around. by the way is a first gen or is it a second or third gen motor.

It is a 1st gen motor

The light stays on all the time when i start the car

My cap has a hole in it next to one of the pins and when i first tried to start the car 6in sparks would shoot out of it but it does not do it any more do i use a 90-93 integra cap for replacement?

I will try and switch the o2 sensors but i heard that is not good because it tricks the ecu into leaning out the cilinders all the time

I will see if i can borrow someones ecu and try that

If your ECU light stays on and does not flash, then your ECU is cooked. My PW0 did the same thing to me... would not let the motor rev past 4000, and it was hesitating like a mother.
