u need a mount kit, or if u are skilled enough to make ur own go for it. i say get a b16 head, do an LS v-tec and than get a v-tec ecu (which one i'm not quite sure i never looked into LS v-tec's prolly would be good to get a GSR ecu... not positive). that's just my .02 though.

sad to say but YES 90-91 Ls 1.8 nonVtec motor mounts DRIVERS,TOPTRANNY mount WIll work in any 88-91 crx/civic swap with cable tranny,ANd then use the rear Lbracket from a 90-93 integra and Just move your STOCK crossmemebermount over to the next set of bolts:o)as for ecu use any 88.89.90.91 integra AND if you can for better PROFERMANCE use the INTEGRA map sensor
The ecu is a PR4 (non-OBD).

I've used the stock mounts before but it requires removing and re-welding the passenger side framerail bracket. I'm 100% sure of this and will take you up on your $50 bet. The motor does not simply bolt in, it does weld-in though.
The JDM sir had the passenger side framerail bracket welded in the correct place from the factory, they also had a different front crossmember.
Honda usually leaves the framerail brackets in the same place for all models, this is why the 94+ integra motors bolt into the 92+ civics so well. They did not do this in 88-91 though. Even in 92-95 the auto framerail bracket is not in the same place as the manual.
