some of my buddies and I playes with one on a D16A, and to be honest the car didnt feel any different for the most part. Now at WOT and higher rpms the car did seem to run a little stronger,but this is just the way it felt like, we didnt acutally wasted the time and efford to dyno it.

Turbos work by forcing air into the cylinders at a greater pressure than that of atmospheric. This electric motor doesn't look like it would be substantial enough to do much more than impede air flow.
