tranny casing?

hey i have an oportunity to pick up a 95 gsr tranny for cheap, catch is the casing is cracked. is it a waste of time to buy it and try o fix it?? is it possible to fix?? please give me all opinions, thoughts, and info.

how bad is it?

how bad is it cracked? where is it cracked? can you fix it yourself, for how much are you picking it up? all these and more questions should be the ones you should ask yourself to assest whether it is worth it or not to pick it up, over the internet i dont anyone can help you resolve it, good luck,

You should be able to weld the tranny case together.

Depends on how bad it is though.

i think andrew has a few casings. but i think we dumped them in some woods over in lol. if you want we can go pick them up.

if u can get another casing for it collins will switch them out for like 150

thinking about it, also have a friend that has one with messed up casing. why do you ask doctor, is the one fro civic beyond repair?

replace case and your good to go! it was a minor crack
i just went ahead a bought another tranny because at the time, i could,nt find another casE!

BUT IT,S SOLD SORRY!!!!!!!!!!
and yes i sold it to damn cheap!
i lowballed myself on this one!
