once we nail down where the ride out will begin, i will make some inserts to go with the flyers so other tampa crx/del sol owners or those who just want to ride out with us know where and when to meet.

Where can you find autoweek magazine, I havent heard of it.

 

Autoweek is one of the biggest automotive publications
in the country. the cool thing is that is a weekly magazine.
I have a subscription, although sometimes Barnes & Nobles
carries it. Or try Books-a-million.

Ok, here is the latest news flash...

I had a meeting yesterday with the Festival Bay management and they
are very excited about having their first car show there.
The great news is we will be allowed to park our rexs INSIDE
Festival Bay!!! Also we will be alowed to park alongside the lakefront
area in front of Festival Bay! This is a beautiful locations!

Ok, here are the details:
INSIDE
For those who want to park INSIDE (think shade and a/c!)
there are only 7 spots, and 2 are already taken (one is for you
Composimo and Turtle)
Those that do want to park inside need to be in good contion
inside and out (think show car-esque) with no major fluid leaks.
Also, all cars inside MUST have a pad/carpeting under each tire
as well as right underneath to prevent marking/damage to the tile floors.
Those who park inside must stay the duration of the meet (9:30a-4:30p)
Roll in for cars starts at 8:30 am and must be in place by 10 am
before the stores open.
All radios/stereos must be kept off.

THE WATERFRONT
Another great location! This is just outside the main entrance
where a lake is surrounded by a walkway. Lots of palm trees!
We have 12 spots available here.
Cars that wish to park here just need a pad/carpet under
the motor area to prevent drips/leaks

SOUTH PARKING LOT
For those who may not be able to stay for the whole event or
coming late, or who just want to get a good tan, this is where
we will be. This a HUGE parking lot, so there will be plenty
of room for 75+ CRXs!

Don't forget to bring a new toy for the Baby DJ Fund and
at least a $1 donation so you can win one of the great
prizes!

Ken how will you decide on those spots? The day of, before, do we need to send you info on our rex?

 

my car wont be painted by then so i'm callin a south spot

 

FYI: We will be staying outdoors -rain, or shine- for the meet.
Too much fussing about who goes in, so in all fairness we will
all be outside again this year.
