Pickup an SAFC and 370-440RC injectors to go along with the Hondata. You will also require a high flow pump, Walbro 255lph is my choice.
why in the holy fuck would he want an safc to go with the hondata? isn't that a little redundant?

Many run Eagles with no issues....

If money is no object... go Pauter.

If it is an object, like with most people... Eagles are good rods.

I have never heard of an Eagle Rod breaking, I have however heard of people having problems with the rod bolts that come with them. It is because people seem not to FOLLOW DIRECTIONS and torque them to 28ft/lbs. Plus, no racing part is perfect. It's a shot in the dark with most of the high end stuff. You may be the one that breaks, you may not.

It's ok... I say go with whatever the builder suggests. This makes it easier if there are issues down the road for assistance.

Just my opinion... it's worth what you paid for it.

let me ask you this, how much power do you want to make and how much money do you want to put into this project?

Do you have a car you can drive while yours is down?

...or do you have a longblock to build on?

How much time do you want to work on it?

Let's start from there...

do some research on honda tech and youll see how many eagle rods fail. they are more reliable for other cars like dsm's and domestics. i think thats cause they use the upgraded bolts. 28lb bolts are joke in a high hp motor. pauters are 50lbs standard.

Money is not really an issue...I will have a car to drive while mine is down yes..I don't want my car to be down too long...I am trying to figure out what setup i want to run and get a price from there I am going to save up and when I have the funds do everything at once...
