Why not a Communist "police station" in New York City?
Remember under Clinton maybe it was...the US gave Russia the Presidio in California...former Marine Base....and if I can guide a submarine...which is an attack weapon...not a defense weapon ...under the golden gate bridge to the sea wall with a laser pointer from Walmart....I'm not the only one......essentially a Russian forward base on American soil.

Does Russia allow the US to have a military base inside the borders of Russia? or china?

Under Obama one of his staff said that we should abolish the US Constitution and use the laws of other countries for "balance" and "fairness" or some other BS excuse. Is that still around?

We already have maybe hundreds of Sharia courts to try muslims in the US...in case her muslim husband kills her...which sharia allows...or if she gets raped and is charged with sex outside of marriage and sentenced to be stoned to death...and many more I don't have time to type...rape in sharia court requires that there be 4 witnesses and they must all be male....

Communist court where they of course get the same fair trial as in all communist countries.
