The irony is not lost on me that I am using a social media video service to tell you how to circumvent the censorship of social media video services. This outlet and other outlets are actively suppressing videos about our preferred topic. To get around these roadblocks, we need you to take specific steps.The first thing you need to do is to subscribe to this video page. Subscribing to the page shows the computer algorithm that you are really interested in this stuff. If you don’t do that, you won’t get to see the stuff because the programmers behind the scenes are hiding this content from people who don’t subscribe.The next step is to hit the notifications icon. It’s that little bell image that is always somewhere on the task bar, typically in the upper right. Click that bell icon, and you will be notified every time we release a new video. Doing this uses YouTube’s own program to give you the information they don’t want the world to see.These social media sites are private businesses, and they have the right to control the content they show, but until we have a better system in place, we have to use their own tools to circumvent their crazy policies.
