In association with Wattbike. Si and Matt take to the lab again to find out if small variations in saddle height make a big difference on performance.

Some riders want their saddle position dialled to the millimetre, while others don't mind as much. What we wanted to find out is whether being seated a little too high or low makes a big difference on fatigue, power output and pedalling dynamics. Thanks to the University of Bath for helping us out with the sciency stuff.
