what is this, and what does it do, i just put another motor in my saturn and now i'm pulling this code. the symptoms are it starts up and my fuel pressure shoots up to 90psi on the gauge and the car will barely idle. i can take my fuel pump fuse out and the car will idle perfectly until the fuel line goes dry.

so whatever the problem is i'm guessing puts the computer in some kind of safe mode maybe. any help would be aprreciated.
