Default What nitrous setup?

Finally have my timing box and will be hooking up my nitrous system soon. What type of system should I go with?

weren't u running an NX wet set up before?

Spend the little extra cash and get a direct port I would if i new for sure I wanted to stick with nitrous over a supercharger or turbo..
If not that I'd go with a TNT or NX wet kit running a dual shot. 2 seperate switches... So i have some control of my nitrous system in a race.. I know you'd use a full spray on your grand ma if she stepped up but i kinda like the idea of having maybe a 75 shot and a 125 shot that i could use seperately or combine them.

Weren't u going to run a smaller shot this time around Al? So u could enjoy your car alittle more?

Pshhh...little shots are for sissies
I have it installed as of last night. Its a dual stage dry for now. The jets in it are a 100 first stage and 50 second(roughly). I will go to the 100/100 soon and then 125/125 if it all seems ok. I have to change a few things around first. I would like to see 650 rwhp. Then begin work on the suspension and rear/gears.

Had a few kills last night. Destroyed a crotchrocket from a small roll (he had a passenger) and some 68 old school big block Firebird. It was a very nice car but the guy driving wasnt too happy about getting beat. I gave him a thumbs up and he just kind of glared at me, hahaha.

Hey Al, are you planning to stay with the dry shot? I'm "slowly" (read, lack of job) gathering parts for a direct port setup to see what I can get the 346 down to before I have a little fun with a new project.

Well Joey...the dry shot will do the trick to 600 rwhp ar so. If I were to go for more I would do dual wet/dry or direct port. But I really have no need for any more power till I can get a rear/gear, wheels, slicks. If I had the $$$ i would do a direct port as well.

97blkz....dry shots are no more harsh than wet. Just make sure you have the fuel/injector rating to support the final HP level. Highly recommend going to a dyno with a wideband to check the AF ratio.

Secret Services (a vendor in the TR mall) has great TR prices for dyno pulls. Go now and get the A/F ratio checked before you spray your lt1 to oblivion.

NOS sells a neat little purge kit for about $90.00 to $100.00, can be bought thru Jegs or any local speed dealer. Be warned: Purging is addictive.
