Ride along onboard in the #10 Blackdog Speed Shop Chevrolet Z28 piloted by 2012 Touring Car Champion Michael Cooper in Round Two of the Pirelli World Challenge GTS series at the Circuit of the Americas on March 8th, 2015. After qualifying in ninth on the grid and with rain falling for the start of the race, Cooper demonstrates masterful control in the wet, gaining six positions by mid-way through the first lap. With pole sitter Kris Wilson in the #07 TRG-AMR Aston Martin Vantage GT4 and Dean Martin in the #50 Rehagen Racing/Picture Cars East Ford Boss 302 in first and second positions, respectively, Cooper set to work reeling in the pair, taking the lead from Wilson and eventually opening up a gap of more than 12 seconds. Aside from the victory itself, Cooper also won a number of awards, including the Optima Batteries Best Start for gaining six positions on the first lap as well as the VP Racing Fuels Hard Charger Award for gaining eight positions during the race.
