Default LQ9 408 rotating assembly, shop/machine shop recommendations

I am looking at getting with a machine shop to assemble my LQ9, its a virgin block, was looking at rotating assembelies online, i am in the DMV (DC/MD/VA) area right now. I was thinking about coming down relatively soon and dropping it off at a shop for at-least a complete rotating assembly, loading it up and driving back up with it. Any one have any recommendations as to who to use ? I have been thinking about giving engine lab a call. My main concerns are , quality of work/ pricing/time consciousness.
