Carb tuning?

does anyone know where i can go to get an 383 stroker tuned right? has alot of bolts on and upgraded cams, i did look around online and found a place thats 100 miles from me, would like if it was closer.

We are one of the last carb shops around! We just aren't that close but promise its worth the drive!
