Im going to assume your saying that the car is going through ballasts like water?

Do you have the harness for them that ties directly to your battery? Are these aftermarket or stock hid's?

is it going through ballast or bulbs??? bulbs could be because of chemicals on your hands when being installed or could be because of a bad seal... ballast could be because of wrongful hook up or moisture... i had to clear coat my box with electrical spray because my fog ballast kept blowing because of moisture...

It does have a relay harness on the lights. And I know it is the ballast because as soon as I put a new one in the lights work fine. But that only last a few weeks. I have tried to even have the lights with no harness and it blows ballast even fast then.

Where exactly are you putting the ballasts, or better yet what kind of crap ballasts are you buying?

I got a set of slim ones and they are set inside the fender well in what feels like a box in frame. I am taking it that i have to go and get better ballast but from where is the thing? Not going to rag on anyone that is selling hids here on tr but they just have the same ballast that I have been using

you are just sitting them in there? you arent mounting them securely?

if thats the case, I think vibration would be a contributing factor if not the entirely causitive one.

You should try ddmtuning.com kits, they are pretty damn cheap and high quality. Mine have yet to even flicker or flinch both my kits for that matter.
