Default transmission help

i have a chevy 350 with a 700r4 tranny i just got done putting in the tranny replacing the flywheel starter everything went in good lined up nice,i went to fire it up it started up then put err in gear hit the gas and nothing,what do you think it could be im blank anyhelp would be graetly appreciated thanks

Well....

1. Is this a known good Transmission?
2. Is the shift linkage hooked up correctly..
3. Did you properly seat the torque converter into the front pump.
4. Is it a known good torque converter?
5. Is there fluid in it..

Some form of trouble shooting will help us into the right direction...

it worked perfectly good b4i pulled it,shift linkage is hooked up i see it movin when someone moves it,just put fluid in it..

did you put the torque convertor bolts back in? pull the tranny flexplate cover and see if the bolts are installed.
