Brake not releasing

Brake not releasing
1999 2wd tahoe 5.7L
Front right Brake is not releasing
Installed New Caliper & Rubber line
Installed New Wheel Bearings
Flushed all the oil Brake fluid W/new DOT4
Pulled ABS Fuse "just to make sure" but it still did the same thing..
If I Break the bleeder and then drive it will start dragging after about 10 mins of driving..I am @ a lost...any help would be great!
