Some really good points but some not so good insight. Obama, who I can not stand btw, has done a good and a bad thing with bailing out GM & Chrysler. The good: It kept GM a float for now and like the banking industry bailout, not bailing GM would have sent a big wave through an already weak economy. Don't get me wrong, I am not infavor of free handouts either and I also feel that GM and the unions got themselves into this mess by allowing ridiculous wages and retirements. The bad: Obama & the Left are not infavor of big hp, gas guzzlers that I want. They would rather have Prius', support the lazy with welfare, make banks give low down payment loans which make them vulnerable, end the war and let terrorists do whatever they want anywhere on the planet, and rehab rapists.


And that is just part of it. Ford fans, Obama now has the power to sell GMs & Chryslers for whatever price he wants and what do you think that will do to Ford. I have never been a Ford fan, but I won't buy an Obama smart car hybrid if my Camaro or Yukon ever bite the dust.

Lets pray, that is what us Righties do, that he does not have the smarts to really screw things up. Also, pray that it stops raining long enough for me to take my gas guzzler to the track to try for a pb.

Challenger SRT8 = 13.2 for the auto and 13.8 for stick
Camaro SS = 13.0
Mustang - Too many blown versions for a real comparison. However, the highly expensive Shelby GT500 is 12.6.

Camaro all the way.

 

I think the new Camaro is a great car. However, I have a problem with the dealers jacking up the price when my tax dollars were spent on bailing GM out.
