1993 transam not starting

Default 1993 transam not starting

i recently installed a rebuilt lt1 into my 93 ta .its all back together ready to start im getting power to all of my accesories when i turn the key but no power to the stater at all , ive even tryed bumping the starter it turns over tha way but still not with the key, so my last effort was unplugging the brain that somewhat worked im now getting power to the starter its somewhat turning over but not at full force im now getting a clicking noise while the starter is turning almost like the noise when your battery is dead but this battery is new.im at a loss can some give me some insight??????

just because the battery is new does not mean it's fully charged if you're getting power and it's not intermittent then charge the battery you should be set

Bad ground????

Have you checked the voltage at the battery, starter, ect?

could also be the starter gone bad and aint outting out the voltage it needs ?? but also check all the grounds like mak in fl said

hook everything back up.. pcm and such. did you try spinning the motor by hand first, to see how tight it was? pull a few spark plugs out, and see if the engine isn't hydro-locked with assembly oil. (it's happened to me) try cranking it with half the plugs out and see if its any easier.
