you have no idea how conservatively these cars (lt1/ls1) are tuned from the factory

Ok but no need to spend $349 to tune it now. He can save that money and tune it when it's more necessary.. like I said before. Save until he does a cam or something like. Or even headers, but no need to waste $349 now

WOW! Lots of support and replies on the topic...thank you! Please allow me to reinerate..

The $349.99 is for the Dino Tune only. From what been posted in here I'm going to skip it altogether. Also, no shop is going to charge me $349.99 for installing the SLP Performance Cold Air-Induction kit system. I did talk to the shop over at AntiVenom EFI. The shop was really cool and I feel they will be the best fit for installing the SLP setup without question. They will charge the normal flat labor rate fee which is fine. They do this kind specialized custom installing all the time from what I know. Thanks again for the lead! As for the Dyno tune what a waste of money at this point. If I had done new headers and some internal engine work then I could see spending the extra money on having a Dyno tune done to the car. For the most part I'm still using alot of OEM stock parts.
