Just joined to. I have a 1981 Turbo Trans Am. Originally equipped with a Pontiac 301 and a single AiResearch Turbo/TH350 auto. it was yanked when the turbo oil seal failed at 100+K miles; in went a 75 Pontiac 400 (not a Chevy engine) and a Richmond 5-speed. Had that car since my junior year at LOL High. She was in good shape until some dumb drunk bitch pulled out in front of me in 95 on Fowler right before my 1st semester at USF. I still drove her with a beat up front end until 98 then I got a mom-hand-me-down 85 Z-28. Now my T/A sits at my parents driveway under a cover waiting for its resurrection in probably 10 years from now who knows. I just got a 97 Z-28 on 5/5 so back to my parents went the 85. Good luck with the G/A.
