Default 4l60e?? and 10 bolt ???

what is the difference between the 4l60e that comes in the 5.7 vs the v6?

what is the difference between the 10 bolt that is in the 5.7 vs the v6?

what is the difference between the f-body 10 bolt and the 10 bolt found in the 94 caprice other than it didn't have the mounts for the pan hard bar? it looked larger and beefier.can it be bolted up to the f-body and use the stock drive shaft and only weld on the bracket for the pan hard bar?

Case is completely different on the transmission, non interchangable.

10 bolt varied by car year and options, but for the most part its the same housing and axles.

Impala rear wasnt cast for the torque arm to bolt to it, the panhard rod mount would be easy but the torque arm mount would require a lot of work and you're better off just saving your money towards a 12 bolt / 9"

You break something?
Even if you didn't go crack, It would be nice to have an extra set of axles laying around.
