The T5's from a V8 will fit...like a camaro/trans am/firebird of the 80's. should be able to find one really easily at a junk yard. just make sure its from an engine with corresponding rear main seal.

with that, you will need the flywheel, pressure plate, clutch, bell housing, hydraulics, shifter, and a clutch alignment tool and pedal assembly if ya dont already have it.

also the LS1 T56 will be a bit more complicated to make fit, but the LT1 T56 which is practically indentical will be better as it bolts right up without a housing adapter. the only thing that will come into play is, again, the rear main seal. if you have a 1pc, then you will be fine, if you have a 2pc, you will need the conversion flywheel from centerforce to be able to use a T56 on a 2pc rear main block: Centerforce Steel Flywheels: CTF-700107 - summitracing.com
