Default '97 Pontiac Sunfire horn issues.

I have a '97 Pontiac Sunfire the horn will go off at random times during the day. The only way to stop it is to pull the fuse, which is also the fuse for the power outlet. The horn button on the right side is very sensitive, i can just graze my finger over it and it will go off so this may be causing it. Any ideas on how to fix this?
