Oh Snap
Turbo it. The stock shortblock can handle it. Get some injectors, rear end, gears, cam and a clutch. If you are gonna stay N/A and not want to spend too much cash. Lid, headers, exhaust, 1.8/1.85 Split Ratio Rockers. With gears you should have mid-high 14's no problem.

It is. N/A 3.8's take way to much money to go fast. Boost is the solution.

Yup, but thats for FWD.
The L67 topend will not fit in an Fbody. The throttle body will be back towards the firewall. You would have to cut the firewall/cowl area and cut a peice of the windshield out for it to fit. So unless you are a master fabricator or have tons of $$$ I wouldn't recommended it. For the price/HP gain it would be better to go turbo.
