anyone know where i can get a used rear axle set up from any v8 4th gen f body?

If you want local, try junk yards or http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=45 . Ive seen a few on there recently.

hey I know a guy parting out a 2000 ss, he has a guy interested in Virginia wanting it but if your near Orlando or can pick it up I'm sure you can sway him... PM me and I'll let him know for ya if your interested.

well u prolly have the v8 and need more stability than me...i have a v6 and mine blew on me so i figured instead of another v6 rear end i would just upgrade to the v8 one while im at it...u wanna get rid of urs then?

lol, I thought you had a v8. I wish I could get rid of mine but im pretty sure a rear end made of cardboard and duct tape wouldnt hold like this one does. I will trade for a 4channel 12 bolt!

well i found a 97 rear from a z28 although i had to convert to the different brakes and rotors...lets just say i got the axle and calipers new pads and rotors for about 175 in all...i had to customize my ebrake cables to work though. (hopefully) i never use it anyways if it doesnt but im sure it should....thanks for all the help ... if u guys wanna see a 456 rwhp 3.8L go to www.turbov6camaro.com
