Default lt1 swap into ???

what would be the easiest gm muscle car to swap a 95' lt1 into? looking at possible future project and I already have the lt1 so I am not looking to get an ls1.

they are jsut all about the same, no matter if its a first gen camaro, nova, chevelle or a mid 80s monte carlo or camaro...you will still have pretty much the same amount of work to do in what ever car you chose. just pick a body you like and go from there.

cool, I am leaning towards the 68ish camaro. same year chevelle would be cool. after that the mid 70's camaro would be my next choice. I know wiring is the biggest issue on any of these with stock carb'd motors but I'm not worried about that. My issue is if I am going to run into the hassles that I have with the current project, 95 lt1 into an 80 elcamino. No matter how many times people say stock v8 mounts from the older g-body will bolt right up.... It still isn't true, it was a pita to get the motor to sit right in the car.

I've seen plenty of 1st gen fbodies with lt1's, can't be too hard
