Just finished my friend's 2001 SS/6spd. We put on a set of ported 5.3 liter heads from www.moderncylinderhead.com, and a cam from Futral Motorsports. The cam is .598 lift, 232*/234*, with a 114 degree LSA. We're using stock length pushrods, and stock rockers. I can't remember the flow numbers on the heads, but it's making some great power. I'll get the dyno chart scanned tomorrow.. It's making right at 430whp/385wtq, revving to 6900rpm. I think the 5.3 heads yield a 10.5:1 C/R.. We go to the track next week..
