it looks like cheese and cumshot combo....yellowish shemegma color caked inside the valve cover...

not that much....the drivers side is worse than the passenger side. probably from my bad head gasket.

how do i get the fuel rail off with out busting the injectors (bolts are already out) it seems like they are holding it in, and i dont wanna fuck em up

yes you have to pull pretty hard like scott said, those injectors have o rings on them
and get in there pretty snuggly, make sure you don't drop any o-rings either
