btw don't you have a vacuum line running to the opti on the 95+?

guess what...no vac leak...i have tranny fluid in my coolant...that would explain the burning off of my coolant, and my smoke in the exhaust issues i have been having.
damn radiator is a friggin month old too
opti is brand new. hoses are brand new.

dont get me started on everything that is new on this car...ill just start off with what isnt new, that list will be shorter

also make sure you didn't cross any plug wires and double check for correct location and tightness

I'm not sure how tranny fuild in your coolant will explain smoke in your exhaust or sputtering. However, after getting the problem resolved you should probably get your tranny flushed.

look for a coupon in the mail or paper for a complete car diagnostic at any car repair place. i usually find them for around $40. take it there, have them tell u everything thats wrong with the car, take it home and fix it.
