Default help

ok i think i know what it is but i might as well ask. i have a 93 buick centry, 3.3 and when the car has been sitting over night or when the engine cools down it takes 3 turns of the key before it starts. now i have a new starter and a new battery and new att. and it cranks just fine, like brand new, but i think it is the fuel pump, it has a new filter, i have not taken the line off the filter yet to see if the pump is pumping out fuel or not but i was woundering if anyone had a clue?
