Default Lockout Solenoid on a 2004R?

How hard is it to swap one out? I think the Caddy needs one to smooth it on the downshift, at least that's the word on the street, so I'm going to replace one. Looks, from what I could find, like it's outside the tranny case. It should be a pretty easy swap, right?

I guess it's a lockup solenoid, not lockout. Whatever, anybody got a picture or a quickie on how to put one in or is it really that easy?

You guys suck! It's located in the bottom of the tranny, inside. I'm gonna change it out while I put a new filter and fluid in the thing.

Hey, it's better to reply to my own post and give the answer instead of leaving it open. How many times do you google for an answer and find a thread that was never answered? I'm doing my part to make the internet a better place!
