Default Forged pistons for a 305

OK, now don't laugh but I'm just doing some brainstorming and was wondering if anyone had heard of forged pistons being used in a 305. I think the HOs got hypereutectic pistons from the factory, but how about an aftermarket application?

Just thinking about some stuff, any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Summit Racing has forged pistons for the 305. You can add a 3.75 stroker crank to a 305 and you get I think 332 CI. Do that along with the forged pistons. I assume you are going to do a turbo or some other boosted application since the super small bore of the 305 doesn't breath wel at all NA.
