Default drive shaft shortening and balance

I am going to be doing my engine swap this weekend ( finally ), and I have been told I will need to shorten the drive shaft a few inches. so I want to know who in the area is good and what kind of price should I expect? If there is no one in the area or you have used someone really good out of the area how much should I expect on shipping? I need a quick turn around. I will need a place that can cut, weld and of course balance.

the swap is a 95 camaro lt1 into an 80 El Camino. with any luck by this time next week it will be an El Camaro.

thanks for the info
